In accordance with the terms of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County ("County"), acting by
and through its Parks and Recreation Department ("Parks") and Arizona State Parks, acting for and on behalf
of Arizona State Parks Board ("ASPB") ("Agreement"), the Agreement is amended as follows:
1. All references to the ASPB and Arizona State Parks within the Agreement shall be amended and revised to
be a reference to Arizona State Parks & Trails ("ASPT"), another name for ASPB.
2. The current address for ASPT is 23751 N. 23rd Ave., Suite 190, Phoenix, AZ 85085. This shall replace all
instances of ASPT's former address of 1300 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85007 within the Agreement.
3. The current address for Parks is 41835 N. Castle Hot Springs Road, Morristown, AZ 85342. This shall replace
all instances of County's address of 234 N. Central Avenue, Suite 6400, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
4, The current telephone and fax number for Parks is telephone 928-501-9200 and fax 602-372-8596. This shall
replace any and all instances of Parks' former telephone and fax number of 602-506-3998.
5. Under Section VI. Contacts, Arizona State Parks, For Project Manager:
a. REPLACE "Robert Baldwin" with "Mickey Rogers"
b. REPLACE "State Trails Coordinator" with "Grant Program Leader"

9. Per Section IX.A. of the Agreement, the Parties agree to extend Agreement PR12-046 / C-30-13-001-3-00 for
an additional five (5) year period, beginning October 30, 2017 and ending October 29, 2022. The Parties
recognize there are no further options for extension of the Agreement unless a written amendment to the
Agreement is signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties which provides for Agreement extension
options.
10. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to cancellation pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S.
§38-511, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
11. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Signature Authority:
a. By signing below, each party certifies the authority to execute this Amendment and agrees to accept
the provisions herein.
b. This amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an
original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument.
c. All Parties to this Agreement acknowledge that signatures by electronic means are acceptable and
legally binding.
