Jefferson Street Phoenix, AZ Re: Falcon View B201405485 Release of Development Agreement (C-44-10-148-8-00) 2010-1098291 Dear Board of Supervisors: Everest Bethany North, LLC located at 7337 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Suite C-185 in Scottsdale is the current owner of the Falcon View property referenced in the Development Agreement recorded on December 17, 2010 (instrument 2010-1098291). The property is under contract with Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc. with a closing date on October 10, 2017. Upon closing, Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc. will post the financial assurance for the property as required under section 7 of the Development Agreement. Per the terms of the Development Agreement we respectfully request the Release and Termination of Development Agreement for the Falcon View project.
