AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT
Between
ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS
And
MARICOPA COUNTY
This Amendment No, 3 to Facilities Use Agreement (this "Amendment") is made and
entered into by and between the ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, a body corporate
("ABOR"), for and on behalf of (1) Arizona State University ("ASU"), (2) Northern Arizona
University ("NAU") and (3) University of Arizona ("UA"), and Maricopa County, a political
subdivision of the State of Arizona, whose current address is 301 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona
85003 ("County"). ABOR, on behalf of each University, and ASU, NAU and UA are referred
to herein individually as a "Contractor" and collectively as the "Contractors". ABOR, ASU,
NAU, UA and the County are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" or
individually as a "Party."
RECITALS:
A. County and Contractors are parties to that certain Facilities Use Agreement No. P-50244
approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on October 13, 2014 and
subsequently amended September 16, 2015 and September 7, 2016 (the "Agreement").
The Agreement is for use ofpremises at 220 S. 12 1h Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
B. The term of the Agreement expires on October 13, 2017.
C. County and Contractors now mutually desire to amend the Agreement to create a new
term.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, County and
Contractors agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended approximately three and one half (3%)
months, to commence retroactively on October 14, 2017, and expire on December 31,
2017. This Amendment is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §
38-511, Either party may terminate the Agreement upon 30-day written notice to the
other.

2, This Amendment will result in no additional cost to the County.
3. The effective date of this Amendment is the date of execution of all Parties.
4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain the same and in full force
and effect.
