In Accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Pierre La Blanc and Terri Brown who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously. The District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to appoint Gear Misner as a new Trustee to the RGLIWDD #24.
