Requirement ‘I’ will comply with Conditions 3 and 4 of the Notice of Award (NOA), dated 1/5/2017. Approve the policy as the response to the NOA ‘Program Specific Conditions’ and approve its submission to Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). I. An annual review of the entire sliding fee scale program will be conducted to ensure that no part presents a barrier to care.
