RESOLUTION OF THE TONOPAH VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT GOVERNING
BOARD — No. 15/16-3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE TONOPAH
VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT'S BOUNDARIES TO INCLUDE LAND WITHIN
MARICOPA COUNTY AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
TONOPAH VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT UPON WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE
PROPERTY OWNER PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 48-262.
Whereas, On _10/2/2015_ (date) _Laura J. Binder (owner's name) requested in
writing that the Tonopah Valley Fire District amend the boundaries of the Tonopah
Valley Fire District to include its property. The property is specifically described by the
Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) on the attached Exhibit A;
Whereas, The property is located within Maricopa County and is contiguous to
the boundaries of the Tonopah Valley Fire District as shown on the map attached as
Exhibit B; and
Whereas, the Tonopah Valley Fire District has determined that the inclusion of
the property within the boundaries of the Tonopah Valley Fire District will benefit the
Tonopah Valley Fire District and the property owner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Tonopah Valley Fire District
governing board hereby orders the following:
The boundaries of the Tonopah Valley Fire District are hereby amended to
include the property described on the attached Exhibit A.
ADOPTED at a duly noticed public meeting of the Tonopah Valley Fire District
governing board on _10/19/2015_ (date).

along the West line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 40.00 feet to a point of the south

Thence, along said line, South 90'00' 00" East a distance of 164.87 feet to the true point of
beginning .
Thence leaving said line , North 00'27' 50" West a distance of 310.80., thence North 89'59' 02"
