Termination of Use Management Agreement between Maricopa County and Estrella Youth Sports Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the state of Arizona (County), and Estrella Youth Sports a non‐ profit corporation (Concessionaire), mutually agree to terminate (Termination) the Use Management Agreement to Develop, Operate, Maintain, Manage, and Improve the Estrella Sports Complex at Estrella Mountain Regional Park (C‐30‐16‐007‐M‐00) dated December 14, 2015 (UMA). The effective date of the Termination of the UMA shall be the date of the last signature to this Termination. Upon mutual consideration, the parties agree that due to Concessionaire’s lack of funding, it is in each party’s, and the parties’ collectively, best interest to terminate the UMA. Each party agrees to hereby release and hold harmless the other party from any obligations and liability under the UMA, and each party agrees to bear its own costs associated with the UMA and this Termination.
