Maricopa County, Arizona, being more particularly described as follows:
The South 33 feet of the East 1328 feet of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18;
And the East 25 feet of the South 660 feet of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18
Except the South 33 feet thereof;
