Re: Lease (the "Lease") dated January 19, 2007 between Carlson Real Estate Company, a
Minnesota Limited Partnership, assumed by SWRE Deal V Building, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company ("Landlord"), and Maricopa County, a political subdivision of
the State of Arizona for the premises known as Suite 160, 1840 N. 95" Avenue, Phoenix,
AZ 85037 (the "Property")
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please be advised that (1) Landlord has conveyed all of its right, title and interest in and to the
Property, including its interest as landlord under the Lease, to HF1-D Phoenix 1706, LLC
("Buyer"), and (2) Buyer has assumed Landlord's obligations under the Lease.
Accordingly, effective as of the date hereof, you are hereby notified and directed to deliver all
future rent and additional rent payments due under the Lease, and any notices, inquiries or requests
relating thereto, to Buyer at:
