AMENDMENT No. 2
TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY
HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
AND
TOWN OF WICKENBURG
I. Maricopa County (“County”) by and through its Maricopa County Human Services Department,
Workforce Development Division (MCHSD WDD) and the Town of Wickenburg (“Town”) entered
into a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) on or about October 1, 2015. The
original Agreement term is from October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 and had been Amended to
extend the term until June 30, 2017.
II. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a partnership to allow MCHSD WDD to utilize the
Town’s Library located at 164 E Apache St., Wickenburg, AZ 85390 to support the workforce
development and training that will enable Wickenburg’s employers to attract and retain top talent. In
addition, the purpose is to provide adult and youth with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
(WIOA) Program services within the Town’s library.
III. The Parties wish to amend the Agreement as follows:
A. Extend the Agreement term period to July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
B. The total compensation amount shall be $41,882.56 for the period of July 1, 2017 to June
30, 2018.
C. The Itemized Service Budget Attachment A to the Agreement is modified and replaced with
the revised Itemized Service Budget attached hereto as Attachment A.
D. Revise Section 10.0 “Notices” to reflect the new contact persons for the Agreement as
follows:

IV. This agreement is subject to A.R.S. §38-511. The foregoing paragraphs, contain all the changes
made by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the
same and in full force and effect as approved and amended.
