Attachment B FY 2017-2018 MARICOPA HOME CONSORTIUM HOME CITY/TOWN SHARE In FY 2017-2018, the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources of $3,318,561 used by City/Town Maricopa HOME Consortium members for affordable housing are anticipated to be expended for housing rehabilitation, homebuyer assistance, new construction, tenant based rental assistance and for activities to increase the supply of affordable rental housing in the region. The anticipated federal FY 2017-2018 HOME resources to be available to City/Town Consortium members will be distributed in the following manner: FY 2017-2018 HOME CONSORTIUM ALLOCATION - $3,318,561 TOTAL Avondale $ 134,240 Chandler 298,870 Gilbert 201,990 Glendale 515,985 Urban County 590,626 Peoria 177,887 Scottsdale 219,039 Surprise 145,126 Tempe 331,711 Maricopa County -Administration* 205,303 CHDO Set- Aside (15% of gross 497,784 allocation) HOME FY17/18 Subtotal $3,318,561 *Community Development (CD) admin assessment is 5% of the Consortium member gross allocation except for the county is 10% for UC activities. Members can use 5% of allocation for administration.
