LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
Portions of the right-of-way situate in Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, Township 2
South, Range 7 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa
County, Arizona, generally described as Riggs Road between Hawes Road and
Ellsworth Road, and more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Section 33, T2S, R7E, thence
westerly along the North line of said section which bears S 89d 33m 45s W a
distance of 70 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence S 00d 08m us E a distance of 90 feet to a point;
Thence N 45d 17m 13s W a distance of 2821 feet to a point;
Thence S 89d 33m 45s W a distance of 2547.78 feet to a point;
Thence S 89d 33m 53s W a distance of 1972.62, more or less, to a point on the
East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 33;

Thence South 10 feet along the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3.3 to a point;
Thence S 89d 33m 538 W a distance of 551.5 feet, more or less, to a point;
Thence S 44d 44m 45s W a distance of 70.92 feet to a point;
Thence along a line bearing westerly a distance of 110 feet, more or less, to a
point that is also the North end of the East property line of a parcel recorded in
MCR 2014-0110606;
Thence N 45d 16m W a distance of 64.12 feet to a point;
Thence North a distance of 145 feet, more or less, to a point on a line parallel to
and 55 feet north of the South section line of Section 29 which bears S 89d 49s
