RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPROVAL
FOR A MAIL BALLOT ELECTION
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF NEW MAGMA IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE DISTRICT
In accordance with the provisions of A.R. S. §16-558(A), the governing body of New
Magma Irrigation & Drainage District does hereby request approval from the Board of
Supervisors of Maricopa & Pinal Counties for a mail ballot election to be held in and for the
District on November 14, 2017.
