In the past, we had used a 10 year average of irrigation expenses which took into account SEPOA expenses. Michael reported that he had taken the average of the last 4 years of the District. We currently have in our account $2958173— as of 4/31/2017 and a outstanding replacement of a gate totaling $1,875.22.
