RESOLUTION NO. 17-010
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RENEWAL FOR PLAN YEAR 2018
WHEREAS, the current employee benefits coverage is to expire on June 30, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo, the Housing Authority of Maricopa County’s health and benefits broker,
provided the Housing Authority with benefit renewal options; and
WHEREAS, the packages presented by United HealthCare, Delta Dental, Eye Med, the Standard,
and MHN best meet the needs of HAMC.
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County
hereby adopts Resolution No. 17-010, approves the Plan Year 2018 employee benefits package
presented by Wells Fargo, and authorizes the Executive Director to execute related contracts.
