 HAMC received a +12% renewal increase from United Healthcare
o After negotiating the renewal to a +6% with no benefit changes, the decision was made
to accept UHC’s renewal offer.
o There are no plan design changes associated with this renewal.

o Assurant’s renewal was a +4.7%
o Due to employee dissatisfaction with Assurant, we have decided to move this coverage
to Delta Dental at a +4%.
o We are also eliminating the low cost DHMO plan
 Life & AD&D / Voluntary Life & AD&D - Standard
o Rates will remain the same – 0% increase
 Short Term Disability - Standard
o Rates will remain the same – 0% increase
 Vision - EyeMed
o Rates will remain the same – 0% increase
 EAP - MHN
o Rates will remain the same – 0% increase
