Dear Mr. Sites:
The United States Air Force appreciates the generous conditional proffer from the Fighter
Country Partnership that will provide a new 4,000 square foot Honor Guard facility that includes
a2,300 square foot outdoor drill pad for a total value of $625K. The proffered facility will
provide a greatly needed training location for the Honor Guard located at Luke Air Force Base.
It is with pleasure that I accept your gift and conveyance of this real property pursuant to Title
10. United States Code, Section 2601.
