I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Coversheet, 3. Contract Amount is changed to an aggregate, not-to-exceed (NTE) total amount
from $300,000.00 TO $600,000.00(increased $300,000.00 for the budget period July 1, 2017
through June 30, 2020);
B. Coversheet, 5. Start Date is changed to July 1, 2017;
C. Coversheet, 6. Expiration Date is changed to June 30, 2020.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its amendments shall remain in full force
and effect.
