Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, with the following members present: Denny Barney, District 1, Chairman; Bill Gates, District 3 (via telephone); Steve Gallardo, District 5. Absent: Steve Chucri, District 2, Vice Chairman; Clint Hickman, District 4. Also present: Debra Schaffer, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager and Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Lori Medaris, Minutes Coordinator. Votes of the Members will be recorded as follows: aye-nay-absent-abstain. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider items on the Executive Agenda dated March 06, 2017, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to statutory authority listed for each item.
