RESOLUTION CANVASSING RESULTS
OF
DIRECTOR'S ELECTION
OF
ELECTRICAL DISTRICT NO. 6
WHEREAS, the annual election of Directors of Electrical District No. 6 was held on
January 14, 2017, in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. §§ 48-1742 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, the canvass of the votes having been made by the Board of Directors of
Electrical District No. 6 and results of said election having been determined, it is hereby:
RESOLVED, that the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors of Electrical
District No. 6 for a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2017 and that such persons shall
hold office until their successors shall have been elected or appointed and shall have qualified:
Vinson Dobson
Milton Le Smith
