Durango Street, PHX Action Requested: Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Intergovernmental Agreement (G- 30195) between Flood Control District of Maricopa County (the “District”) and Maricopa County (the “County”) for the County’s restricted use of approximately 750 and 1,500 square feet of District property within County Assessor Parcel Numbers 105-17-003N and 105-17-007 respectively, (the “Premises”). Board required information: IGA G-30195 will allow County use of the Site at the Durango Campus for staging Waste Resource and Recycling Department recycling containers and vehicles at no cost to the County. The initial term will commence February 16, 2017 and continue at will unless terminated otherwise pursuant to the Agreement.
