RESOLUTION AND STATEMENT
OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
McMICKEN IRRIGATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the election for the offices of Division III Director and Director-At-Large I
of the Board of Directors of McMicken Irrigation District, having been held on the 15 th day of
November 2016, in the county of Maricopa, State of Arizona;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of said
election on November 29, 2016, by checking returns made by the election board and counting
the votes on the questions (if any) and for Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE
RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and he is hereby, directed to enter into
the records of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A";
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and he is hereby, directed to enter into
the records of the Board of Directors the following information:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election for the offices of '
Director of Division III and Director-At-Large I of McMicken Irrigation
District will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. The polls will Open at
800 a.m, and will close at 6:00 p.m. The polling place for all Division's shall
be at the following location:
