OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
BUCKEYE WATER CONSERVATION
AND DRAINAGE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the election for the office of Director of the Board of Directors of
Buckeye Water Conservation and Drainage District having been held on November 15, 2016, for
Division I Director and Director at Large positions of said District, in the County of Maricopa,
State of Arizona;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of
said election on November (c") , 2016, by checking returns made by the election board and
counting the votes on the questions (if any) and for Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and hereby is, directed to enter
into the records of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election, attached hereto
as Exhibit "A";
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and hereby is, directed to enter
into the records of the Board of Directors the following information:
