RESOLUTION NO. 2016-04
RESOLUTION AND STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
WHEREAS, the election for the office of Director at Large of the Board of Directors of
Ocotillo Water Conservation District having been held on the 15 th day of November, 2016, in the
County of Maricopa, State of Arizona;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of said
election on November 18 ffi, 2016 by checking returns made by the election board and counting
the votes on the questions submitted (if any) and for Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and is hereby, directed to enter into
the records of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election, attached hereto as
"Exhibit A";
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and hereby is directed to enter into the
records of the Board of Directors the following information:
1. The judges of the election were as follows:
Margaret Bauer
Mark Marshall
Jennifer Torpey
2. The total number of votes cast in the District: _ 3 votes
3. The name(s) of the person(s) voted for as Director of the District:
Andrew N. Basha
4. The office for which each person was voted for is:
