RESOLUTION OF CANVASS AND DECLARATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
HELD ON NOVEMBER 15, 2016
WHEREAS, upon notice and call duly made the Board of Directors (Board) of the Harquahala Valley
Irrigation District (District) have convened a meeting of the Board at 9:00 a.m. on November 17, 2016,
for the purpose of canvassing the returns of the election of Directors held on November 15, 2016, for
the purpose of filling the expiring term of one Director; and
WHEREAS, the currently sitting Directors have participated in the canvass and have determined that the
count of ballots and votes certified to the Board by the election judges in the form of the attached
Abstract of Vote is correct and complete;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the canvass of said election is completed and
the following candidate is hereby declared elected to the District Board to fill a three-year term
commencing January 1, 2017: Brandon Wolfswinkel.
