Re: FUNKO, LLC Request for FTZ Property Tax Concurrence “No Objection”
Dear Mr. McGilvray:
The undersigned being a duly authorized representative of Maricopa County does hereby
acknowledge and provides ‘no objection’ to the proposed Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) for FUNKO,
LLC located at 2600 S. Miller Road, Buckeye, AZ 85326 parcels 504-26-008M, within Foreign-
Trade Zone 277.
In particular, we understand the FTZ designation and resulting property tax implications of such
designation. FUNKO, LLC real and personal property located at the site referenced above is
requesting to be eligible to receive the Class 6 assessment ratio of 5% in correspondence with
the creation of their FTZ. As indicated at the outset, we do not object to the FTZ designation
and proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
