0626636 in records of the Maricopa County Recorder's Office, in and to the following parcel located in Maricopa
County, Arizona, to wit:

Legal Description: Lot: 3 Block: 1 VICTORY TRACK MCR 31/6 S 28F N 164.50F LOT 3 BLK 1
To Mike S. Hernandez, the purchaser thereof, and hereby transfers to said purchaser all right, title and interest of
the State in and to the property described above.
This instrument is exempt from the real estate transfer fee and affidavit of legal value required under A.R.S. §11-
1133 pursuant to the exemption set forth in A.R.S. §11-1134 (A)(3).
