Arizona lying within the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 2
West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa Gounty, Arizona. Said portion more particularly

COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 26, from which the South
quarter corner bears South 89°57'33E, a distance of 2,639.87 feet and from which the West quarter corner
