QUIT CLAIM DEED (Correcting Deed)
This instrument is being re-recorded solely for the purpose of correcting the grantees names from:
CALLIE LOUNIE EVITT NORMA GARRISON to CALLIE LOUINE EVITT and NORMA
GARRISON, the original deed having been recorded January 03, 2007 under the recording
number 2007-0010256.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 18, Title 42, Arizona Revised Statutes, providing
for the sale of lands purported to be held by the State under Tax Deeds, the Board of Supervisors
has sold the interest of the State of Arizona held under the Treasurer's Deed dated April 05, 2006
and recorded on April 19, 2006 in records of the Maricopa County Recorder's Office, in and to the
following parcel located in Maricopa County, Arizona, to wit:
Parcel Number: 300-18-003A
Legal Description: N22F of W 225F of S 333.56F SE4 NW4 Section 4 Township 1S Range 3E
To CALLIE LOUINE EVITT and NORMA GARRISON, the purchaser(s) thereof, and hereby
transfers to said purchaser(s) all right, title and interest of the State in and to the property described
above.
This instrument is exempt from the real estate transfer fee and affidavit of legal value required
under A.R.S. Sections 11-1131 and 11-1132 pursuant to the exemption set forth in A.R.S. Sections
11-1134 (A)(2) and (A)(3).
