Termination of Use Management Agreement
Estrella Mountain Regional Park
Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the state of Arizona (County), and Northside Horse
Outfitters, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (Concessionaire), mutually agree to terminate
(Termination) the Use Management Agreement for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of
the Arena Complex located at Estrella Mountain Regional Park (C‐30‐12‐026‐3‐00) dated September 1,
2012 (UMA). The effective date of the Termination of the UMA shall be the date of the last signature to
this Agreement.
Upon mutual consideration, and as provided by Paragraph 2.7 of the UMA, the parties mutually agree
that due to the retirement of the Concessionaire, it is in each party’s best interest to terminate this
UMA. By the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each party agrees to hereby release the other
party from any obligations and liability under the UMA, and each party agrees to bear its own costs
associated with the UMA.
