AMENDMENT No. 1 TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY, (“Licensor”)
AND
CITY OF PHOENIX, (“Licensee”)
RECITALS
A. Licensor and Licensee are parties to that certain Revocable License Agreement No. P-
50219 approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on August 8, 2012, (the
“License”). The License is for access to and use of Property as defined in the License.
B. The term of the License expires December 31, 2016.
C. Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to extend the term for one (1) additional five
(5) year term, update Licensor’s notice address and delete Section XIII. NO
SCRUTINIZED BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing mutual promises contained
herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which
the parties acknowledge Licensor and Licensee agree to amend the License as follows:
1. The term of the License is hereby extended five (5) years, to commence January 1, 2017,
and expire December 31, 2021. This amendment is subject to termination pursuant to the
provisions of A.R.S. §38-511, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this
reference.
2. Section XIII. NO SCRUTINIZED BUSINESS OPERATIONS on page 7 of 10 of the
License is deleted in its entirety.
3. Licensor address for notices and demands is changed as follows:

Phoenix, AZ 85009-6356

4. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County
Board of Supervisors.
5. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made to the License by this
amendment. All other terms and conditions of the License remain the same and in full
force and effect, except as amended hereby.
