A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FORMATION OF
THE HOFFMANTOWN ASSOCIATION 1 AND 2
IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes is hereby authorized for the area known as
Hoffmantown Association 1 and 2 Irrigation Water Delivery District bounded by Bethany
Home Road to Rose Lane from 19 th Avenue to 15th Avenue.
