A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
MARICOPA COUNTY FOR THE USE OF CITY WELLSITE
NO. 7 AT 4706 WEST OCOTILLO ROAD, GLENDALE,
ARIZONA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to enter into
Amendment No. 1 to the License Agreement with Maricopa County for the use of City Wellsite
No. 7 at 4706 West Ocotillo Road, Glendale, Arizona. A copy of said amendment is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
