ARIZONA EMISSIONS BANK CONTINUATION
 Continue the Arizona Emissions Bank for another ten years and allow100% of
certified credits be deposited into the Bank.
 Create mechanisms to capture “non-traditional” and “orphan” credits.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TAX DEEDED REAL PROPERTY
 Clarify that local zoning jurisdictions are financially responsible for the
enforcement of, or correction to, any violations of zoning or building codes on
state-held tax deeded properties that lie within their jurisdiction.
LEASING OF PROPERTIES
 Authorize Flood Control Districts to lease property to private parties and
quasi-governmental jurisdictions.
 Specify that these leases do not require public notification for bid if they are at
fair market value.
WASTE TIRE FUND PROGRAM CONTINUATION
 Continue the Waste Tire Fund and Program through 2027.
