Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office
WHEREAS, A.R.S. § 41-4254 charges the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) with the
responsibility of administering funds.
Pursuant to Section XII of the subrecipient Agreement between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security
and the subrecipient, the following section of the above referenced Subrecipient Agreement is hereby
amended as follows:
II. TERM OF AGREEMENT, TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS
This Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 2015 and shall terminate on September 30,
2016.
SHALL BE CHANGED TO READ:
This Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 2015 and shall terminate on March 31, 2017.
III. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The subrecipient shall provide the services for the State of Arizona, Arizona Department of Homeland
Security as approved in the grant application titled “FFY 2015 UASI AZLink Sustainment – Maricopa
County Sheriff’s Office” and funded at $395,000 (as may have been modified by the award letter).
SHALL BE CHANGED TO READ:
The subrecipient shall provide the services for the State of Arizona, Arizona Department of Homeland
Security as approved in the grant application titled “FFY 2015 UASI AZLink Sustainment – Maricopa
County Sheriff’s Office” and funded at $475,000 (as may have been modified by the award letter).
IV. MANNER OF FINANCING
The AZDOHS shall under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security grant #EMW-2015-SS-00084-
S01 and CFDA #97.067:
a) Provide up to $395,000 to the subrecipient for services provided under Paragraph III.

All other terms of the original Subrecipient Agreement remain effective.
In Witness Whereof, the parties have set their hands to this AMENDMENT as of the day and year herein
indicated and agree that all parties are obligated to follow all terms and conditions of the original subrecipient
agreement and are liable for all funds received by the AZDOHS.
