RESOLUTION #15-0121-01
A formal resolution of the Elected Board of the Wittmann Fire District, located at 20303 W. Patton Rd,
Wittrnann, Arizona, ordering a change of the Fire District Boundaries to include the parcels described on the
attached legal description (The "Properties").
WHEREAS, the majority of the owner's of the Properties have requested that the Properties be
included within the District Boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the Wittmann Fire District Fire Board has determined that the inclusion of these Properties
will benefit the District and the property owners; and
WHEREAS, the described Properties are adjacent to the boundaries of the Fire District; and
WHEREAS, all other pertinent requirements of A.R.S. § 48-262 have been addressed and met according
to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fire Board of the Wittmann Fire District does hereby order
the change to its boundaries to include the area referred to above, as more fully depicted on the attached
map.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Wittmann Fire District of Wittmann, Arizona this 21st day of
January, 2015.
