IGA G-30123 AMENDMENT NO. 3 C-85-10-001-1-03 AMENDMENT NO. 3 to INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Between PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT And MARICOPA COUNTY RECITALS A. Maricopa County (“County”) and Peoria Unified School District (“District”) (the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Intergovernmental Agreement No. G30123, dated August 4, 2009 and subsequently renewed August 8, 2012 by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The Agreement is for the use of District owned space at 10851 W. Williams Road, Sun City, Arizona. B. The term of the agreement expires on July 22, 2016. C. The Parties now mutually desire to amend the Intergovernmental Agreement to create a new term and update County notice address. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable considerations, District and County agree to amend Agreement No. G30123 as follows: 1. The Agreement term is hereby extended (3) years, commencing July 23, 2016 and expiring July 22, 2019. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 38-511. 2. County notice address is hereby changed as follows: Maricopa County Facilities Management Dept. Attn: Chief Real Estate Officer 2801 West Durango Street Phoenix, AZ 85009 3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. 4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment.
