This notice serves as our formal request to cancel the biennial election for the Windsor
Square IWDD No. 27 that was to be held on November 16, 2016. In accordance with ARS
16-410(A), the district seeks approval of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have
the election cancelled and the appointment of the three current board members, duly
qualified to be retained for their term of office for which they were nominated.
