As stated in the letter we mailed to your company, you will receive a check by mail.
Checks will be mailed beginning on October 1, 2016, and arrive no later than
October 15, 2016.
Carefully review the following list of involved VINs (purchase/lease) to ensure accuracy against your
vehicle inventory. If you have any questions or need to make adjustments to the VIN information listed,
please contact 1-800-FleetOp (1-800-353-3867). Press prompt #5.

So GM can send your compensation, you will need to agree to a release of claims related to the window
label error. Please carefully review the entire release displayed below. Take your time to make sure you
fully understand its terms. If you wish, consult with a lawyer of your choice. Once you have fully reviewed
the release, to be paid the compensation offered by GM, please indicate your agreement to the release by
entering your PIN in the box below and clicking on the “I agree to and accept the release“ button. By doing
so, you will have agreed to all the terms and conditions in the release. Please allow approximately 4 weeks
to receive your compensation.

GMC Acadia or Chevrolet Traverse vehicles ("the Subject Vehicles") which caused the EPA
