I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
1.0 Contract Term:
1.1 This Contract is for a term of three (3) years, beginning on the 8th day
of September, 2016 and ending the 7th day of September, 2019.
II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and all amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
