AMENDMENT TO THE “MARICOPA COUNTY 2016 TAX LEVY” PACKET
Approve the amendment to the “Maricopa County 2016 Tax Levy” Packet approved by the Board of
Supervisors, by resolution, on August 15, 2016, under C-49-17-006-2-00. This amendment will correct
the tax levy and tax rate for the Mobile Home Relocation Fee.
The Mobile Home Relocation Fee is to be waived this year due to excess fund balance pursuant to
Arizona Revised Statutes 33-1476.03 (B). Schedule F, Page 11 of the tax levy packet will be amended as
follows:
