Attachment A REVISION FY 2015-2016 MARICOPA URBAN COUNTY FUNDING ALLOCATIONS A variety of projects are proposed for FY 2015-2016 funding in the Maricopa Urban County region, with $2,660,224 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) resources and $326,347 of prior year un- programmed/carryover CDBG funds. A total of $3,053,912 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources and $663,813 of prior year reprogrammed. Urban County CDBG and HOME resources are allocated by the Maricopa County Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC). ESG resources of $236,068 will be allocated by the Maricopa County Human Services Department. CDBG funds are anticipated to be committed to the following activities*: Administration $532,044 El Mirage Main Street Sidewalk Improvements $579,827 Circle the City $217,359 Gila Bend $517,088 Buckeye $493,162 Goodyear $162,700 Wickenburg $141,380 Maricopa County Housing Improvement Program (mcHIP) $210,000 CDBG Contingency $133,011 * Includes $326,347 of prior year un-programmed/carryover funds that have been allocated to projects this year. CDBG Total: $2,986,571* HOME funds are anticipated to be committed to the following activities for the Urban County: Maricopa Housing Improvement Program (McHIP) $277,528 Rental Housing Development $277,528 Rental Housing Development - Prior Year Reprogrammed Funds* $663,813 * Includes FY12 $78,497, FY13 $279,630, FY14 $305,694 HOME Total: $1,218,869 ESG funds are anticipated to be committed by Maricopa County Human Services: Shelter Operations $90,000 Rapid Rehousing $128,363 Administration $17,705 ESG Total: $236,068 Specific awards to each entity are subject to modification up to and including 10%, pursuant to procedures set forth in each respective IGA or agreement. Unspent CDBG dollars are returned to CDBG unprogrammed funds upon completion of a project. Unencumbered or unspent HOME dollars are reallocated as set forth in each respective IGA or Agreement.
