ATTACHMENT B REVISION TO FY 2016-2017 MARICOPA HOME CONSORTIUM HOME CITY/TOWN SHARE In FY 2016-2017, the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources of $3,324,501 used by City/Town Maricopa HOME Consortium members for affordable housing are anticipated to be expended for housing rehabilitation, for homebuyer assistance, tenant based rental assistance and for activities to increase the supply of affordable rental housing in the region. The anticipated federal FY 2016-2017 HOME resources to be available to City/Town Consortium members will be distributed in the following manner: FY 2016-2017 HOME CONSORTIUM ALLOCATION - $3,324,501 TOTAL Avondale 134,098 Chandler 299,853 Gilbert 200,023 Glendale 514,115 Urban County 616,722 Peoria 180,641 Scottsdale 219,957 Surprise 136,692 Tempe 321,086 Maricopa County -Administration* 205,282 CHDO Set- Aside (15% of gross allocation) 496,032 HOME FY16/17 Subtotal $3,324,501 *Community Development (CD) administrative assessment is 5% of the Consortium member gross allocation except for the administrative assessment for the County is 10% for UC activities. Members can use 5% of allocation for administration.
