AMENDMENT TO
FUNDING AGREEMENT Between
ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
and
MARICOPA COUNTY
The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH), and Maricopa County, (Recipient)
entered into a Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) on or about July 6, 2015, stipulating
to an award through the State Housing Fund Program for the purposes outlined in the
above referenced Agreement. In this Amendment, ADOH and Recipient are referred to
individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
Amendment of the Agreement is in the best interest of all parties, including beneficiary
low-income households. ADOH and Recipient hereby agree to amend the Agreement
as follows:
1. Section 4. DURATION: The expiration date of the Agreement is extended from
June 30, 2016 to September 30, 2016.
2. Any and all portions of subject Agreement that are not amended hereby shall
remain in full force and effect.
3. The Parties agree that the statutory language of A.R.S. §38-511 is applicable to this
Amendment and incorporate the same by reference.
In Witness Whereof, ADOH and Recipient have executed this Amendment that shall
become effective when signed by ADOH.
