I. Central Arizona Shelter Services and Maricopa County by and through its Human Services
Department (collectively, "Parties") entered in to a Contract for Services.
The purpose of Amendment 1 is to reduce funding and make corresponding reductions to
CASS's monthly cost reimbursement limits for the remaining contract period.
Now therefore, the Parties agree to amend the Contract for Services, as follows:
A. Reduce the funding budget by $100,000 in Section III, Work Statement and
Compensation Section B, from $450,000 to $350,000, subject to an increase of
$100,000 from the City of Phoenix to CASS.
B. The Amendment is effective upon approval and signature by both Parties.
IV. The foregoing paragraph contains all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms
and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
