P-50233 Amendment No. 2 C-22-14-014-L-02 AMENDMENT No. 2 TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Between MARICOPA COUNTY, (“LICENSOR”) And PORTABLE, PRACTICAL, EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION, INC., (“LICENSEE”) RECITALS A. Licensor and Licensee, collectively referred to as (the “Parties”), are Parties to that certain License Agreement No. P50233 approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors August 21, 2013, and subsequently amended and approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on July 1, 2015, (the “License”). The License is for use of premises at Maricopa Workforce Connections One-Stop Career Centers: West Valley Career Center located at 1840 N. 95th Ave #160 Phoenix, AZ 85037 (“Facility 1”). B. The term of the License expires June 30, 2016. C. Licensor and Licensee now mutually desire to amend the License to extend the lease term and delete Section 27 of the License Agreement. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable considerations, the sufficiency and adequacy of which the Parties hereby acknowledge, Licensee and Licensor agree to amend the License as follows: 1. The term of the License is hereby extended one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2016 and expiring on June 30, 2017. The License may be terminated pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by this reference. 2. Section 27 Sudan and Iran, of the original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety. 3. The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and amendments thereto shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
