Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4; Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Chucri, District 2. Also present: Tom Manos, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. Vice Chairman Andrew Kunasek, District 3, and Steve Gallardo, District 5 were not present. Farewell to Tom Manos, County Manager. BOARD ACTION: H-1. RESOLUTION 16-006 SUBMISSION OF FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS REQUIRED BY THE QUALITY HOUSING AND WORK RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1998 Adopt Resolution No. 16-006 and authorize the submission of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Fiscal Year 2016-2017 PHA Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Also authorize the Chairman of the Authority's Board of Commissioners to execute on behalf of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County all HUD required certifications relative to the Annual Plan including form HUD- 50077 (Compliance with PHA Plans and Related Regulations). H-2. RESOLUTION 16-007 PUBLIC HOUSING WRITE-OFF OF $22,707.16 IN UNCOLLECTIBLE TENANT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Adopt Resolution No. 16-007 and approve the write-off of $22,707.16 in uncollectible Tenant Accounts Receivable for the period through February 2016. This action is effective upon Board approval.
