Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4; Andrew Kunasek, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Chucri, District 2; and Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Tom Manos, County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel; and Irma Hollamby, HAMC Administrator. BOARD ACTION: H-1. POWER DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT TO SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE Approve and authorize the granting of a power distribution easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251 (9), in consideration of $1.00, to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District, its successors and assigns for the distribution of electricity (and for all other purposes connected therewith) in, upon, over, under across through and along the easement parcel, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such easement. The easement is for replacing underground electric lines within Housing Authority of Maricopa County Baden Homes property located in Tolleson, Arizona. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD.
