Jefferson Phoenix, AZ. 85003 The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County convened in Formal Session at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona with the following members present: Clint Hickman, Chairman, District 4; Andrew Kunasek, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; Steve Chucri, District 2; and Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Sandi Wilson, Deputy County Manager; Michelle Wood, Legal Counsel. BOARD ACTION: H-1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 - MARCH 23, 2016 BOARD MEETINGS Approve the minutes of the September 23, 2015; October 7, 2015; November 18, 2015; February 3, 2016; and March 23, 2016 Board of Commissioners meetings pursuant to A.R.S. §38-432.01. There is no financial impact associated with this item.
