TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR SERVICES BETWEEN
MARICOPA COUNTY
AND
TOWN OF GUADALUPE

Contract Termination Date: upon project completion
I. The Parties entered into the Intergovernmental Agreement (C-22-13-027-3-00)
(Agreement) on November 28, 2012. The parties executed an Administrative Change on
or about September 4, 2014, pursuant to Section II, paragraph 10(D) of the Agreement.
The Board of Supervisors approved Amendment 1 on November 18, 2015, providing
additional funding of $22,595 to complete the demolition of two additional structures and
revising the Implementation Schedule Completion dates.
II. The Parties mutually desire to amend the Agreement to address the following:
A. Revise the Implementation Schedule Completion dates as follows::
Demolition and Clean-up Activities from April 30, 2016 to August 5, 2016
Activity Completion from May 31, 2016 to August 31, 2016

B. Increase the Agreement funding amount by $17,535 from $82,595 to $100,130.
Funding shall be utilized to complete demolition of two (2) structures for project
completion.
C. Revise the Budget on page 38:

III. The Amendment is effective upon approval and signature by both Parties. This
amendment is subject to and incorporates by reference the statutory language of A.R.S.
§38-511.
IV. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms of
the original Agreement and Administrative Changes not amended hereby, remain in full
force and effect as approved and amended.
